Topic:"What’s Your W2?"

The Business Case for Workplace Wellness
Businesses have a big stake in the healthiness of their workforce. Discussions among business leaders about employee healthcare typically focus on the ever-increasing cost of the employee benefits package. In this session, Donna Wood and Barbara Wilson, founding partners of Wellness Strategies, will reveal how and why employee health impacts much more than the benefits budget.

Building on the premise that employee health is the key driver of productivity, you will learn why improving your W2Q™ or Workplace Wellness Quotient™ is vital to improving the health of your bottom line.

In this brief overview of wellness in the workplace, we will discuss tangible reasons why a healthy workplace is just as important as a healthy workforce, starting with a brief description of the employee healthcare realities that businesses like yours deal with on a daily basis. And we’ll move quickly to discussing solutions, including affordable strategies that can make a measurable difference in the health and productivity of your workforce and a positive impact on your bottom line.
