Topic:
Coaching for Commitment

- Effective coaching key to increase productivity and profitability in an organization. Recent studies have shown that 85% of the workforce wants holistic coaching so they can continually improve and grow. In this session, supervisors and managers will learn a systematic process for intrinsically motivating their employees. This five-step coaching process teaches managers to use questions - and a key questioning strategy - as their most powerful asset.

Dianne will discuss checkpoint and closing summaries, which are critical throughout conversations to ensure that both parties are in agreement about both the situation and appropriate next steps. By using this process, managers will encourage employees to enhance individual performance and increase their contributions to the team.

Seminar attendees will learn how to:

Provide feedback which supports and empowers your employees while building trust and enhancing your relationships.

Utilize 5-Step process for coaching employees including a key questioning strategy for each step in the process. This is essential for objectively guiding employees through the process.

Flex their communications style to coach employees in a constructive way.

Implement a systematic process to increase the intrinsic motivation of employees.

Support employees to enhance individual performance and increase their contributions to the organization.
