Topic: HR Trends

In today's increasingly complex world, HR success depends on anticipating new developments. HR must embrace change and provide the leadership necessary for our organizations not only to survive it, but to use it to their advantage.  According to SHRM's current Workplace Forecast report, HR professionals identify the top five economic challenges as 1. the rise in health care costs, 2. greater demand for high-skilled workers compared with low-skilled workers, 3. labor shortage, 4. rise in retiree benefit costs and 5. corporate downsizing and bankruptcies. This will be an interactive presentation to discuss the trends, how they will affect you and what you should be doing today to prepare.
